Great interview
BUT, the way he answered the question about the WM Match was weird. He didn't want to bash it, but he knew deep down, it was terrible. It's terrible to say, but the 6 man tag at Backlash was WAAAYYY better.

Good read. You could easily tell that Orton kicked the out of McMahon. I'm sure Orton was specifically told to give it his all, and did he. That clip will run thoughout my brain for years to come.

One of the better interviews I have read in awhile. RKO seeems to really have a level head on his shoulders these days.
Its nice to se an Uber heel admit that he kinda likes being cheered.

Very cool interview, Orton's got it together. I also can tell he knows some of the storylines and matches he's stuck with arent the best and you can tell, at least in a way, it bothers him, but hell, he's champ right now so good for him.

When it came to punting your boss Vince McMahon in the head on Raw, did you have to pull your punches a little bit? Did you see that kick to Vince? It didn’t look like anything was pulled did it? They replayed that thing from every angle and he definitely ate a big piece of my boot. When I’m kicking Vince in the head, if it doesn’t look good on live TV, people are going to think: “Oh, he didn’t want to kick him too hard because, deep down inside, Orton knows that is his boss so he took it easy on him.”
So I did the opposite. I kicked him harder.
Proving again why Orton is God

Its definitely obvious that Orton has matured a great deal over the last couple of years. Seems like he's definitely got a knack for the business - he understands its ins and outs and he gets the crowd. Thats something intangible that very few people actually have.
Glad to see he even noticed his own flaws with the Wrestlemania match. It was truly embarrassing to watch, but I think he's hit most of the reasons right on the head.

I find it quite ironic that Orton, who's notorious for his locker room attitude, calls out Manu for lack of respect. Wow.

Orton hasn't been in trouble in three years, has matured a whole hell of a lot, and has been around for 7 years now, and been a WWE/World Champ a few times. Manu had been around a month, and had done nothing in the WWE. I think Orton has some room to talk.

Randy has matured tremendously the past few years,Ive read from many wrestlers in interviews(Cena,Batista for example)that his marriage and baby has matured him bigtime and that interview alone shows it.

Pretty cool interview. Randy sounds a lot more mature and looks to be in the point where he's ready to make a mark.

He came perilously close to getting the boot because of his childish behavior. It seems to me that Orton should have just declined comment on Manu because it comes across as highly hypocritical.
