They didn't bother updating Kendrick last year, Morrison in '08, or Conway in '06, I don't see them doing the same for Ryder. Thats if he makes the game. The way WWE used him for the last 6 or so months before he changed his gimmick I have a doubts of him and Hawkins making the game. I would too if they weren't in 09. If they made completely new character models for this game--which I'm really hoping for--then there's a good chance they won't be. I can see Ryder (or his new gimmick if he's already in with Hawkins) as DLC though. |

Anyone else feel like the graphics are getting worse each year now? It seems 2007 had the best graphics and 2009 was just meh.

And also pfrchaos, they didn't change Kendrick cause that came too late just like it did with Conway & Nitro/Morrison

How awesome would it be if 2010 had that kind of gameplay. that was the best trailer for a wrestling game ever I think. Its soooo not pg  I agree totally. Easily the coolest trailer I've ever seen for a wrestling game. |

That's why I've been wanting them to just redo everything as far as character models and all go. The TNA and UFC games definitely got it right. Compared to those, the SmackDown! games don't look too hot. Thats if he makes the game. You need to take your nostalgia glasses off, most of '07's character models sucked. Their eyes were all bugged out and some people didn't look right in the face at all, especially Regal. I think that's why they gave us the Free Agent option in the last game, so it can be up to date as possible. Hopefully they continue with the Roster Edit think in this game. Someone here before mentioned WWE Alumni as a section and I think that's a great idea since I thought the FA section looked too generic and it's true that anyone who gets released become an alumni member. |

Theres also more rumors floating around on other sites that we won't see any screenshots until Summerslam. I hope we see some eralier than that.

I'm callin it right now, the first screenshots will involve Triple H & Randy Orton. And we'll see them both looking exactly how they do in SvR09.
EDIT: I was just on IGN when I looked at SvR09's first screenshots and they were uploaded March 27th. Then 2nd load came July 1st.

I'd love for the first screenshots to be of Christian, Swagger, Koslov, R-Truth or any other new character model but we'll get stuck with the usual Triple H, Randy Orton(Hopefully with tats) and probally Jeff Hardy.
