That's so weird. I was just trying that. It seems they've wised up since last year, as the link only takes you to Google. One think that really needs to be back in this year is individual winning sequences. I've been playing 09 a lot recently and it takes so much away from everything when a guy like Festus has an entrance that has his likeness, moves and taunts that have his likeness, but as soon as you win he becomes some generic guy that has no character. I know they have some (i.e. Edge, Shawn, 'Taker, Triple H, Rey, an extrememly outdated Orton, etc.) but I think everyone needs one. I agree with you. They need to do it with title wins aswell because I hate when Taker wins a title he'll be jumping around the ring. |

Another thing that needs to be addressed from 09 is the lack of entrance attires. There was absolutely zero reason as to why Morrison or the Miz, and like 40% of the roster didn't have their entrance gear.

I hate it when someone has a really awesome creation, and I just don't have the time to sit there and get everything perfect to create it myself. If anything, they look like touched up versions of 09's character models, just updated. I'm hoping that's not how they'll look in 2010, as there's so much room for improvement in so many of them.

Although I do agree with you, I'd prefer that they update old models so they can reuse others like Festus so there could be a huge ass roster. Aw who am I kidding...

Trust me, there's no one who would agree with you more as far as that aspect goes--meaning the possible inclusion of Curt Hawkins. But if they don't even slightly improve the graphics, what's the point? I know there are all of the new features to look forward to, but it'll still look like we're playing 09 all over again, which would only make the game get boring much quicker. And I swear to Jericho, if Michaels and Hardy have those same  ing attires... I know graphics aren't everything--and with a game like SmackDown!, that's saying something--but in this day and age of gaming, and with games like UFC, TNA, Madden, etc. out there, there's no reason why we shouldn't be getting better looking character models. Sure a game needs to be fun, but a game could have the best controls in the world, but if it's visually unappealing then the two kind of cancel each other out. |

I lawl at all the people on IGN's boards thinking that it's gonna be a new/upgraded engine just because they're revealing it on TV. I'll change my wager from before, if the game has a new or upgraded engine based shown in the footage tonight I will delete my account. My IGN account.
