Looks more like a Mr. Fuji/Powers of Pain design, really.
The funny thing about Jeff's facepaint is that it's so smudged in real life that if you do it sloppy, it looks more accurate, but like you did a bad job painting it. If you do it neatly, it looks cleaner but less like the real thing.
