I don't know if it's been said...But in "Reign Over Me" when Sandler runs back up in the courthouse to talk to his in-laws and kisses the mother-in-law...That's such an emotional moment.

After seeing it yesterday, the opening of Up was rather sad. The scene later on when he reads the book again isn't as sad, but still a tear-jerker.

Starwars - first time I watched it I was so mad and sad that Qui-gon died. (Doesn’t make me cry anymore… I’m still pretty mad that he died so soon though. But the end of Starwars 6 kinda made up for it.) We are Marshal – When the one football player hurt his shoulder… And when the same player wanted to go back and help his team, but his coach hit his shoulder and showed him that he couldn’t play like that. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants – When the little girl died. New Moon – Not out yet but that’s going to make me cry. And of course, The Notebook.

The Lion King - Mufasa's death. Pay It Forward - The kid's death plus the people gathering around his house with candles. Click - Hospital Rain scene. My Dog Skip - When the dog was at the vet. Cried like a baby. Milk - How the camera pans to where Harvey was going to meet James Franco's character before getting shot in the head. Very Sad.

The classic Old Yeller, where they had to kill the dog. Any scenes where animals, particularly dogs, die always cause projectile sobbing...you know, like when Stimpy cries in Ren and Stimpy and these waterfalls come out the side of his eyes. Also, in Click where Adam Sandler is mean to Henry Winkler, saying he always knew the trick, he says "goodbye son" and walks away all sad after Adam Sandler doesn't acknowledge him, but he pauses him walking away and tells him he loves him. It's the last time he sees his father alive. And of course the end of the Notebook. Yes, I'm a bit of a fag.
Edit: I forgot Mick's death in Rocky III, and even in Rocky V where he is remembering getting the cuff links. I don't remember the exact line, but it was something to the effect of "Get up you son of a bitch, cuz Mickey luvs ya!". Most of what I read doesn't phase me. The deaths of kids do nothing for me, but the death of parents, animals, and lovers always do...so I guess I can add Rocky Balboa at the cemetery with Adrian.

There are tons of deaths. Most of the ones I think of have been named in this thread countless times so I guess I would also have to say Man On Fire. The end when Denzel finally gets the little girl back...and ends up dieing.

I typically don't get emotionally attached to movie characters, but I got choked up when Benjamin Button's father died.

the end of the green mile we watched it in our class and almost everyone cryed ... even the teacher. This will always be my saddest movie of all time... No doubt about it.... I saw it in a packed theater and there was not a dry eye in the house... Even my dad was crying and he never cries in movies.....Such a powerful scene....
