i need customizing help, how do u take the pieces apart, ie, the torso and arms and everything, i cant seem to do it

I normally take them to the side walk and run over them with my bike. Sand paper will get all the scratches out as long as you go in a circular motion Mr. Miyagi style. Check out the custom support sub-board up there. In one of the stickies there should be something on the proper technique.

King Biohazard's method typically works for anything but deluxe aggression. Also, if you post things on the wrong board, the mods will break your figures apart for you. J/K Seriously though, even though it is the wrong board. I usually hold my figures in boiling water for a few seconds and then I can pull the joints or the pins that hold the joints out easily. As far as torso separation, I try to stay away from that, but you can do the same thing after removing the arms, using a tool to pry apart the upper body.
