ANX vs. Cole and O'Reilly - Final Battle 2010
Very good opener from these guys. The DDT to the apron, dropkick to the outside, the rolling butterfly suplexes and the blockbuster finish were all great spots. I know O'Reilly gets a lot of praise, and deservedly so, but I think Cole is just as good, if not better, in the ring and looks like he is going to be the Shawn Michaels of the duo.

Davey Richards vs. Roderick Strong - Final Battle 2010
Just wow. An incredible, incredible match from these two. Davey took lots of damage and I really liked the ending, although I think it was wasted on Davey. The same finish could of been better used to make a new top star - someone like say Eddie Edwards would have come off looking like legit threat to Roddy's title reign and it would have set-up a huge rematch between the two further down the line. Nonetheless, I enjoyed this match much more than the following between El Generico and Kevin Steen, which I thought was good, but no where near ***** as some were calling it at the time.

Watched the ROH "Greatest Rivalries" DVD earlier today. Last match on it was Erick Stevens VS Roderick Strong. Solid match, I enjoyed it.
Best match on the DVD by far was Austin Aries & Roderick Strong VS The Briscoe Brothers from the show in the UK where the unified the World and Pure titles. Excellent tag team match there.

Watched the Ring of Honor "Best in the World" DVD earlier tonight. 3 (or so) hours of great matches back-to-back-to-back. My personal favorite was The Briscoe Brothers VS Shingo and Naruki Doi.
Austin Aries VS KENTA was a close second.

I just finished Jacobs/Castagnoli/Strong from The Homecoming II. I was laughing pretty hard at the people using "Hey!" every time Claudio hit a move, "Woo" every time Roderick hit a move, and "Arrgh!" every time Jimmy hit a move (due to his eye patch). I just love how awesome ROH crowds can be sometimes.

I'm watching Richards/Black from Death Before Dishonor VIII right now. Every time I watch this match, I'm blown away by how great it is.

Rewatched Shingo VS El Generico from PWG's Guerre Sans Frontieres show...should've been the main event, an astounding match, both men made sure each other looked great, and superb selling from Generico.

Been getting caught up on my huge collection over the past few days. Watched ROH Glory by Honor IX, DGUSA Untouchable 2010 and DGUSA Way of the Ronin. All three were solid shows, by GBH has to go down as one of my favorites I have seen in a while. It just had a big show atmosphere to me. Danielson's two DGUSA matches were great, specifically against YAMATO.
Favorite match out of the three events was probably Steen/Corino vs Generico/Cabana in a Dual Chain match at GBH or Danielson vs YAMATO from Untouchable.

Wrapped up watching PWG's "Sold Out" DVD last night. My favorite match was probably Pac VS El Generico or Pac & Strong VS Steen & Generico.

Delirious/Jigsaw/Hallowicked VS Jack Evans/YAMATO/BxB Hulk, FIP 2007.
Not a bad match at all, despite Evans' botching and YAMATO's no-selling schtick...

Rewatched Kensuke Sasaki VS Kenta Kobashi, NOAH Destiny 2005.
Fickle words like 'epic' and 'awesome' can't do this bout justice, even on repeated viewings...IMO, one of the greatest matches I'll probably ever be lucky enough to have seen...

Both EVOLVE 1 and 2 cards.
Standouts for EVOLVE 1 for me: Ricochet VS Arik Cannon, TJP VS SAWA. The rest was quite dire IMO, no psychology in effect at all. The main event was pathetic, and that fell on Davey's shoulders...I didn't even see Kota tap.
Standout(s) for EVOLVE 2 for me: Chris Hero VS Idaka. Was not a fan of the undercard, especially the CHIKARA tag match.
