I'm in ABSOLUTE shock... No ing way... I am lost for words, I really am. I had tickets for his comeback tour next year, and was soo looking forward to seeing it. Please God, don't be true... Please GOD... It is true. Everyone is getting it from TMZ, who've been wrong in the past. It is not confirmed yet... Thank god, lets hope it stays that way. I've stood by him during his trial, hell, I still have the newspaper article from our local paper about him being acquitted.

This is all so weird. I was just reading a 1984 Rolling Stone issue that had a huge article about his gigantic success, the Pepsi commercial, the proposed tour with his brothers, and other stuff from the pinnacle of his career.
Love him or hate him, the dude was the definition of superstar. People across the world were absolutely bonkers for this guy in the early-mid 80s. He almost transcended the term "celebrity."
