As was hyped Monday, the event includes John Cena vs. Triple H in the finals of the tournament for a shot at Randy Orton's WWE Championship and Ted DiBiase as the guest host. -- Ted DiBiase, Sr. opens the show with accompaniment from Cody Rhodes and his son. DiBiase orders a Night of Champions match; Edge and Chris Jericho will defend the Unified Tag Championship against Rhodes and DiBiase, Jr. He also announces Rhodes vs. Mark Henry and Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase, Jr. -- Edge and Jericho defeated the Colons in a non-title match after taking both champions' finishers--the referee was occupied with Primo as this was going on. Carlito went heel, turning on Primo after the match. -- Gail Kim and Mickie James defeated Maryse and Alicia Fox. -- In a segment with DiBiase, Sr. and Rhodes, Rhodes fails to talk his way out of his upcoming match. DiBiase, Sr. also cuts a promo on Dusty Rhodes. -- Mark Henry defeated Cody Rhodes by count-out. -- Randy Orton defeated Ted DiBiase with his RKO. -- A VIP Lounge segment with MVP and Jack Swagger planted the seeds for a feud between the two. -- Ted DiBiase, Jr. and Ted DiBiase, Sr. argued in a segment, with the younger DiBiase upset about having been put in the match with Orton. -- Evan Bourne defeated Kofi Kingston in a non-title match. Big Show attacked both of them after the bout. -- Triple H and John Cena fought to a no-contest when DiBiase, Jr. and Rhodes attacked both of them. I got my current dream team of Mickie and Gail Kim!!! I am very excited to see this match. Maryse and Alicia are going to get their asses kicked. I wonder why Orton and Dibiasi wrestled. Orton getting the win clean is good though. I don't know if Legacy is going to be around for much longer at this rate.. A Swagger/MVP feud would be nice so Swagger should be the next US champ to give their upcoming feud a title to fight over. Since Bourne beat Kofi he deserves a US title match although Show will probably get it.  So the triple threat that was so easily predictable finally gets made. So they added two matches to NOC: Unified Tag Titles Rated y2J vs Legacy WWE title Orton vs Cena vs HHH So that makes three title matches so far with the addition of Mickie vs Maryse for the diva's title.

Hmm, so heel vs heel tag team match at NOC? and  you WWE, they had to take away another tag team didn't they? So the division is now basically The Hart Dynasty & Cryme Time, to me Edge & Jericho aren't an official team yet. They really should put Jesse & Wang Yang as team and bring in Lance Hoyt & Chris Masters as a team, or even Hoyt & Tomko. And also Low Ki should debut soon and team with maybe someone like Evan Bourne, and considering Regal & Burchill are on the same brand I wouldn't mind a reunion of them, even though both deserve to be ECW champion. Edit: MVP & Jack Swagger fued= Greatness. |

MVP was all over Swagger for walking out of his match against Orton and that's not something an All-American would do. Swagger said * MVP attended Florida State, that is Florida state prison. He called him a phony and a fraud. MVP gave the speech about how he hung with the wrong crowd, made mistakes, paid his debt to society while Swagger acted all bored. MVP, who wasn't over at all on the first show, took off his jewelry and the place got into him pretty big. He wanted a fight, but Swagger mentioned that he doesn't fight criminals. Effective segment.

*facekeyboard* Why. Why can't they ever just keep the god damn tag division intact. It was working so well, so naturally, the best option to it up. Instead, let us have two main even players form a weak alliance, win the gold, which is only there to set up another, non-tag team related story, and in the process break up one of the few legitimate teams they have. |

Why do they have to split up teams all the time!?!
The Colons are an awesome team and have nothing to do outside of the division. And why is it that half the teams in the past few years have split up as soon as they were out of the title picture?
Geez that's annoying.
The MVP/Swagger segment sounds awesome though. And I'm glad they are bringing up MVPs past now, I think it will help his character a lot... although it's somewhat similar to what they've already done with Truth, though they haven't mentioned his past in some time.

i just hope they do the carlito/primo feud right. dont just throw it together or forget to let them talk about it..
next raw (after the attack) carlito's cabana where he's discussing why he did it...primo interupts and they argue & then fight...show that carlito hated being in a tag team & he wants to be on his own & be champion one day.
hoping for a good/long feud where carlito or primo switches brands after it's over

can't they ever give us NEW main events for PPVs on the RAW side. Its always Orton/Cena/ Triple H, least we got something new in Punk and Jeff Hardy
