1st) -Started off good, but became very stiff
The reactions became a little choppy and had too much height in it.
2nd) - The running looked good but can be better, the step up the turnbuckles was great and the jump was lovely.
After that it became a bit lazy and stiff whilst in the air.
Light purple was too stiff through out and the reactions were not very good and the kick was floaty.
The kip-up was quite good Imo.
3rd) - Should of been a run up and more of a jump at the beggining.
Whilst air bourne they were stiff and also slightly floaty.
The reactions stopped half way on green and jolted ,and it became choppy on blue
Good job on them.
