According to SESCOOPS.com:
As reported earlier, referee Rudy Charles recently parted ways with TNA. Contrary to reports on various wrestling websites, Charles was released as he did not quit the organization, reports The Sun.
His primary job in the company was as an assistant to the creative team, but he was no longer needed and TNA chose not to retain him as a referee.

Happy 50th Kev!
Might give Epics a watch, it'll be the first episode I've watched due to most of the matches that have been on I've had on DVD already, hopefully this won't be stuff extracted from the Jeff Hardy DVD or I'll be pissed.

jeff hardy didn't exactly have the most outstanding bouts while in tna. I agree, they teased a dream match between Hardy and AJ Styles and wasted it with Dallas and Kid Kash running in. Hardy was not the best, I think his ladder and match at the Asylum with Jeff Jarrett & Raven were his best.
