the red and yellow tones are a bit off. pretty dark compared to what he wore. skin tone seems a bit light compared to his look from this era as well.

Good job Bio... I like the skintone but Hulkster is sort of red ish or atleast a little bit more tan so maybe its not the best tone for him. But its really nice looking. The scullpting is a tad chunky in a few small places. Sanding it more would have helped... Sanding helps smooth it out in the areas it was difficult to smooth out when sculpting. I like the toro mods alot though stands out by far. But the biggest thing that catches my eye is actually a bad thing in the fact that the knee pads look slopily painted... But its ok too my painting isnt the neatest either, lol...

The paint needs more pigment or you need to use colours with more light in them.

it is ok, but you need lighter paint for the headband, knee pads, trunks, and boots. I think the flabby torso is ok, but it is too flabby. get a flabby that isn't too flabby...
(the best part is the head. just an amazing sculpting job... be proud...)

The do rag looks more like the do rags surgeons wear in the O.R. than the tight bandanna that Hogan wears. Colors are all pretty much off (not bright enough). The flabby (modified SHW) torso would work for Hogan's current physical condition, but I think this is meant to be a younger incarnation.

The du-rag has wrinkles going the wrong way, like T-Phunk said it looks like what they would wear in the O.R.
The skintone is far too light. Hulk Hogan has for most of his career been known for his orange tan. But besides that the skintone is applied very nicely.
My favorite part about the whole figure are the trunks and the boots. I love the drybrush. I feel like it is underutilized on a lot of customs.
The kneepads are a little rough. Around the top where the kneepad ends and his thigh shows it looks very jagged.
But other than that it looks pretty good.

The painting doesn't look very good/neat on the pads or trunks. And his skin should be darker. Other than that I really think it looks nice.

It isn't a flabby torso. It is a SHW with a massive amount of sculpting. Until the about 89 Hogan had a big steroid belly.

Yeah. I sculpted the necklace, the knee pads, arms, chest, abs, bandana, wrinkles on boots and trunks.
