I found an extra Berzerker at TRU and decided to try to take his helmet off. I used an exacto-knife to cut off the helm, cut the skull cap w/ hair from a Johnny Nitro figure, glued it on Berzerker's head, added some bits of hair from a Stevie Richards and tah dah!

You beat me to it, also working on one, but I scrapped the helmet completely. Good job salvaging it. Pics are kind of blurry, so can't really see how detailed the hair is, but it looks good as far as I can tell.

Looks very good. I hate that the helmet is not removable on Jakks' version.

Only a Fix-Up, goes in the Custom Discussion thread But anyway still looks good dont think anyone else has tried it. you cut off the tops of two figures, put them back together, and tell me how much of a "fix up" it is. It looks great, really. did you hollow out the helmet so it's removable, or can he just hold the still half a skull filled helmet?
