I'm thinking it's gonna lead to him dropping the Machismo gimmick which would be nice. Am I saying I agree with it? Of course not. But, if it's a way to get the gimmick off him, then so be it. Well the gimmick ran it's course. Come to thinkof it, what ever happened to Stone Cold Steve Shark Boy? At the house show I was at in October, he was still using the gimmick.

I thought impact was awesome this week.. too bad Team Martin wouldn't have been patient enough for the show to get going.

Yeah, I really enjoyed this weeks too. Daniels/Wolfe was awesome and even better was that it had no big spots. It was an honest to goodness wrestling match.

Nigel vs. Daniels ing ruled. Not used to seeing GOOD chain wrestling in TNA, or any chaining in TNA for that matter. Very good psycology in the match too. I always enjoy the chaining stalemates where two sequences are done, with each being where one wrestler has the upperhand for it's duration and trys to keep a certain hold synched in the entire sequence (countering his opponents counter attempt out of the hold), with Nigel it was the Cravate, and Daniels it was the Side Headlock. TNA needs to let Doug Williams and Nigel have a series of matches, their encounter at King of Europe ing owned.

I thought impact was awesome this week.. too bad Team Martin wouldn't have been patient enough for the show to get going. That's the problem. The casual viewer doesn't want to waste half an hour waiting for the show to get going. The smartest thing TNA could do at this point is emulate everything WWE is doing/did during their high points during the Attitude Era and early 2000's. The hand held camera stuff, over the top storylines is too much. Go with the Paul Heyman classic, give me two guys who hate each other and just want to have a fight.

Apart from the brief main event and the Daniels/Wolfe match, that was one of the worst wrestling shows I've seen in a long time. It took ages for any actual wrestling to happen, and the whole show once again featured far too much Foley! I can't wait till he leaves TNA for good, ing old fart. If the Jan 4th iMPACT is anything like this, I'll laugh so much at TNAs epic fail.

Im slowly getting tired of TNA again and becoming more interested in WWE. What WWE has done is basically undrcut TNA with their youth movement and done it effectively. Daniles/Wolfe was great but the first hour and a half was filled with promos, old washed up wrestlers, segments, etc...GAAAAAH. And why does Wolfe seem to be getting buried? He loses to Daniles, then shakes his hand at the end of the show! You shoulda clobbered his ass and held the title up yourself, WTF! Just a horrible show. I really want tna to succeed and i hope the 4th is the beginning of something fresh instead of this B quality shyt we get week in and week out. Good meanigfull matches and good characters is what i want to see dammit!

I consider myself a huge TNA fan, but I'm the same as you, the WWE interest is starting to grow slightly, mainly due to SmackDown. You're right about Wolfe, he's been made to look dominant, but hasn't really got any decent wins. And AJ Styles needs to be booked better as champ, needs to become the focus of the show who doesn't need to win his matches via rollup. And Foley's segments...don't get me started on him. If Jan 4th isn't a complete change for the better, then TNA are doomed.

I love the Ultimate X as much as the next guy, but a 9 man Ultimate X would be a trainwreck.
