I don’t pay attention to the Women’s division, so I’ve ignored it.
I would have Eric Bischoff come in as the new general manager to replace Jim Cornette. I would give Paul Heyman whatever money he wanted to come in as the head of creative. He would really sort out the mess that is in place. Vince Russo would be long gone.
Would also replace Don West with Kevin Nash, he could be brilliant on commentary with his heel antics and well as his sense of humour.

I got rid of Booker T for one reason, he's proven himself useless to me. He comes on TV, doesn't wrestle a lot, and just does accents. Sting I tossed because he rarely puts over talent and more recently forgot the finish to his match with Joe. I would prefer he left TNA, got a small run in at WWE to basically give a highlight at the end of his career and just retire.

i think that they need to scrap this whole mem thing. they should let go of nash because every time he gets into the ring he gets injured in some capacity. instead of him maybe hire ultimate warrior ive seen some of his indy matches on youtube and he can still do it without getting injured. i wouldn't get rid of jarrett but i would make him and foley work together. I would get rid of the legends title because it has absolutely no prestige whatsoever. and definately hire paul heyman because he is the best creative person that i know of in our business today.

Give Paul Heyman whatever it takes to get him to come back to wrestling. Paul Heyman said that he doesn't care about TNA. Which is sad because they are starting to take the same route as WCW in the end. nWo had all the belts and look at the MEM. Every Title except the X-division because that belt was not even on the line. Paul Heyman is the best creative writer of our time. |

The BIG change I would make on screen, is have the main event picture be less focused on power (FOley, Angle, Jarrett all want power) and MORE about the  ing title like it should be. Also not so many multi-man title matches (except obviously tag team). I really don't have nay problems with TNA other than the fact that the title seems to be less important than the ability to book matches |

I would fire Nash, Steiner, West, Tenay, and a lot of the other so-called talent that has been on the roster for seven years. TNA is being run worse than WCW.

The only thing I like about TNA having so many multi-man matches is they use all of their talent where the WWE uses the same guys every week.
