It did, Nightmare on Elm Street could have easily been a one movie classic. He kills people in their dreams... no need to show the same movie with different people, THEN most of the times the series turns around and they try to kill the bad guy and it just isn't needed.One movie classic? Maybe, but it works as the series. If you don't like I understand as that's your opinion. Don't most movies have them going after the bad guy? Don't get me wrong, I love those movies but... most of the time they are in the bad guy's hell with their rules or whatever. All I'm saying is that the first could have ended like Freddy vs. Jason... Freddy winked at the end signifying it will keep happening. |

This isn't new news. Tobin Bell said he is doing 9 films. So 7 isn't the last either. i don't know how they are going to keep tying him into the franchise. The dude died in the 3rd one and his past has already been revealed in the later ones. For his voice for the videos/tapes etc. |
