Looks good, I like the painting on the tights and the belt, not sure on the Head but nice job
on the hair,

the one thing I notice is the black. There's a few parts where the black isn't connected to anything. The black isn't a tight design, it's a seperate pair of tights, over the white. so I'd touch up the lower thighs a bit to make sure all the black is connected and connected in a way they look like torn tights, rather than painted design. for the most part, you got that well down.
Jimmy could also benefit greatly from a smaller body. The Rey torso would work very well for him, I think, and make him a lot shorter.

Hair sculpting looks good. Good use of a Benoit head. Tights look very nice. You improve with every custom.
