For help on posing check out the Pose board...there's a help thread there that would help tons.
I really like your originality...a breath of fresh air!
Like DJ said you really need to clean up your "arena".

before i get into the reply, let me start by saying that you really need to work on a lot of things. i will give you both the pros and cons of this show. I'll start wit the cons and end with the pros.
CONS:
honestly the cons outweighed the pros in this show. the characters are borderline idiotic. the poses are terrible, and the commentary/dialogue is way too generic. all of the elements i just mentioned are what make up a pic fed show. so basically this whole show... was bad.
PROS:
You have a nice camera that provides clear pics. that is about it.
HOW TO IMPROVE:
In order to get better you need to try some of these things.
1. utilize the joints when you are posing. exaggerate the figures positioning to make the poses more interesting.
2. create more logical characters instead of just throwing random pieces together. it may be original, but it just looks stupid.
3. create some story lines that are probable and interesting to watch
4. improve on your commentary by having a color commentator as well
5. GET AN ARENA SETUP!
I hope you take this advice and improve on your show drastically. good luck buddy

i loved the show, the only thing i didn't like was the stiffness make it more cooler next time.

No "dude" it really kind of is needed. Iam sick and tired of people coming on this board, asking for help or posting crap shows then when we all give them advice they turn a deaf ear to it. SO you do not tell me what is needed and not needed you understand? If you think your show is crap or could be crap post some preview pics. Not a whole entire show of this poop. This place used to have all good shows 3we pwf list goes on and on now we have a few good shows and people coming up with garbage like this that do not pay attention. ...and where is your show again? Really you should feel sorry for him. Hes a Fred Durst fan. Umm being honest not rude The Mikey head on a Gold Dust body is Bad but I did enjoy Igor and The Wrestling Machine |

You have a nice debut here, it's stiff, but i like your roster, that Kane guy you have Igor, you might want to fix up his pants they have GH on them, well if GH dosn't mean anything
Tips
Make a clear backround
Make a stage, it just looks better
Bend those joints!
Anyway it was good, i liked it, The Don is great, can't wait for more

The show wasn't great buddy, but i'll list some improvements you can make for next time...
-Bend the joint, research real moves in action and you'll see how it can be done
-tidy the arena or atleast just do it against a wall, this will look more realistic
-NEVER get in a photo yourself this takes away the fun of it all
Good points from your show:
-Original and pretty interesting, left me wanting to know what will happen next.
