If they aren't then they aren't hapening at all. Whoever won the first round match that actually was completed in the welterweight tourney, will be crowned champ. And if the other fights dont' happen, then they won't happen at all. It's not fair for either dude to wait this long for the other and its not fair for everybody who finishes their fights to have to wait eons for these guys to fight just for me to put another card down. Unless these guys end up fighting by tomorrow's deadline of 11:59 PM EST, then the fights will ofcourse go on. If not, then i just won't book whoever is responsible for the delay the following card. I will have them wait till UFC 04 until they are booked again because even though there is a week deadline, i don't see it being fair for the guys who get their fights done to have to sit around and wait for these guys to show. Last week I threw them a bone and said hey, I'll just move you to the next card. I can't have it happen twice in a row, its just not fair for the other guys for me to cater to speciffic guys. It's just not fair.
