Don't get me wrong, I mark for him too, but when did we suddenly start becoming so infatuated with him? I know it's been a long time since WWE had a black ref, but what's the true reason?

I think you kind of answered your own question bud. We haven't had black ref since Teddy Long so it's kinda fun to make fun of. That and he's a bit funny looking IMO.

Well, in all honesty it's just one of those quirky WF things that evolves and takes on a life of its own. Plus his mannerisms are just funnier than most. He's entertaining in matches with his facial expression...
Oh, and yeah- because BLACK REF DEMANDS IT!!

My brother and I were watching and we were both like "A black referee?" I think it is cool that the company is being more racial diverse, but I find him not more important or 'cool' then any other ref.
