I used to really love Brett Favre. I am so sick of him now, I really wish the worst for him and the Vikings this season.

TRUTH Seriously...why did he dck around for like 4 months now he's just gonna come back and play anyway? I'm sorry, but he's re-ruining his already-ruined legacy. He should have stayed with the Pack and retired like a man. Not put the fans & the media through this circus of crap the last 2 years

I guess it's official. He's on NFL Network now, on the Vikes practice field.

Personally, I hope for the worst. I never even liked him with the Packers.

He used to be one of my favs of all time...but wow, I've lost so much respect for him over the past 2 years. He has just become so pathetic, and I hope he does horrible with the Vikings.

He's one of my favorites...but as stated above, I've lost so much respect for him over the last couple seasons.
I hope he gets knocked on his ass about 5 times a game, every game for the entire season. Make him re-think ever coming out of retirement in the first place, and go back and stay retired after this year. Would be best for him probably.
But jeez....when the Vikings go into Green Bay....can you imagine the heat Favre is gonna get? Damn.

No no no, poor Tavaris Jackson And why is everyone saying they hope he does horrible?? I honestly doubt they will, Vikings were looking like a strong team this year without him, he's just a big shot in the arm, theyll make the playoffs for sure

No no no, poor Tavaris Jackson Not really. Why pity him when he's had several chances to prove himself. If he was a competent starting QB they wouldn't be signing a 40 year old man.

Not just a 40 year old man. A 40 year old man with a rotator cuff injury and who stated a few weeks ago that his knees and legs felt so bad he couldn't play.

I'm all for this, because the worse the Bears do, the better things will be for Denver. Aside from my desire to see Cutler fail, we get their first round pick next year.

Favre is just trying to get out of training camp. He did the same thing last year. Why anyone is surprised is beyond me. I'm not trying to toot my horn...but yeah..you get the idea.

This is now the best training camp ever. I went tonight and some guy handed out free tickets to the dolphins game next Thursday. Friggin' awesome.

As Bill Parcells says, "Potential just means you haven't played yet." I can't believe so many people are being so hateful toward Favre. Not like he affected you personally. Yes, it gets tiring hearing "Yes, No, Yes", but to wish the guy fails miserably, just because he had a hard time deciding whether or not to come back to the game he has been playing for the past 35 years.

it. I'm excited anyway. I sort of figured he'd end up playing for the Vikings though, honestly. I just can't wait for that Packers / Vikes game at Lambeau. I'm foaming at the mouth.

I can see the one year not knowing what you wanna do but again? Come on. THe part that pisses me off is all these guys bust their ass threw training camp get fined if they aren't there, then you got this big shot who just rolls around and gets the star treatment.

He gets the star treatment because he's that good. He is a star. Let's not kid ourselves about Tavaris or Sage's talents. We're talking about two guys who are inconsistent at best.

Carolina is pretty much ed if they can't stop the run. I know it was preseason, and against the Giants, who have the best run blocking OL in football, but they were getting decimated without their DT. And besides, the Giants were missing their starting guards, so imagine if the entire starting line is in, and the Giants are actually trying to exploit Carolina to win. I think the Panther's defense is in for a big surprise when teams start rushing for 150-200 yards on them on a weekly basis.

He is only a star b/c he has people blocking, catching and running for him.
