Favre looked absolutely terrible in avoiding pressure, but he did make a couple nice throws.

I love how the Bengals finally signed Andre Smith, and he broke his foot today.

He broke his foot in a non-contact drill, doesn't require surgery, and he will be out for a few weeks according to nfl.com.

Just saw the footage of the crackblock that Favre laid out. Bill Romanowski would be jealous.

Am I the only one not caring for the whole attitude behind the Haley/Pioli regime in KC? The guy is walking around like he's Vince Lombardi and has 700 Superbowl rings therefore you will respect him and will do things his way regardless of if they make sense or not. He's a first year head coach who has 1 year of experience as an offensive coordinator. He just doesn't have the resume to back up the attitude.

it sounds like he is just setting precedent I dunno. It just seems to me like he's swaggering around like he has a Superbowl resume when he doesn't.

A new coach has to come in and set a precedent, and change the attitude from the regime that was there before. Now there is a fine line, but I haven't heard anything that sounds out of the norm for a new head coach.

He can run his team how he wants it. They could have Vince Lombardi Himself, and they wouldn't make the playoffs. so it doesn't really matter. Ever Since Dick Vermeil left, the team has stunk.

No argument there. Although I don't think it was that great of a team when Vermeil was there. I don't think it's been a really good team since Schottenheimer was the coach. Looking at them now, it's hard to believe it's a team that won over 100 games throughout the 90s. Now they've got nothing. It's not like they only have a few holes either. There's nothing you can look at on this team and say they do it really well.

The team doesnt actually suck THAT much this year. The new offensive system they have is going to put the ball in the hands of Cassel this year. We will see how he handles it.

Your post is very ironic. Rumored and injured cant be used in the same sentence. If its not released on the injury report, don't believe it.

Didn't they finally take Brady off the injury report right before he hurt his knee last year? I don't remember for sure but I think i read that before, if so it is very ironic.
