well i was looking for some costumes for family reunion dressup party and was in thrift stores when i came across this: it was out of it's package in a plastic bag, so it was seemingly a nintendo 64 controller, a sega genesis controller and some kind of video game gun that i thought was probably from some cheapo system. it was priced at 1.50 so i picked it up without thought, and once i had it realized that it was not 3 controllers at all but an actual videogame system. i looked em up and apparently they got sued by nintendo (i wonder why ). it claims to have 76,000 {that's right} games on it, but i found they repeat quite often and that there is in fact lucky to be 200 games on it. nevertheless, pretty damn cool. so far i've found contra, super mario bros., mario bros., plate shooting, wild gunman, tetris, pacman, and a lotta other classics. anyways, anyone ever seen em/played em?

I haven't but that's a pretty cool find. Some of the games I've played but not the Power Play.

Clones and Pirate systems are awesome, you'll find tons of variations and swaps on the same game and games that didn't even come out on the system to have a sloppy half assed conversion, I remember playing a crappy pirate 8-Bit Mortal Kombat that had 6 Shang Tsungs to choose from and all they had were different colors.

I saw a plug and play in the mall that came with an NES looking controller and the gun. It had duckhunt and mario and a bunch of other stuff looked pretty neat. Not worth the 40 bucks they wanted though.
