Not that good of a card(to me) but I get to watch for free so I can't bitch! Aside from the two main events, you're right, it's a pretty thin card... But I feel like the two main events are very much worth the cost of the event.

But I feel like the two main events are very much worth the cost of the event. It's not worth $60 to see Anderson ruin Forrest. BJ and Kenny is gonna be a good fight but not $60 worth.

I can't believe the majority of people on here think Anderson is going to beat Forrest. I just can't believe that. It kinda pisses me off too because those people aren't giving Forrest any chance what-so-ever and will be shocked as when Forrest wins. Trust me, Forrest will win that fight. I just got a feeling. I've got the same feeling as last month when Brock kicked Frank Mir's ass. I just have a feeling that Forrest is going to shock the world again and pretty much do the unthinkable and defeat Anderson Silva. I also believe Kenny Florian will defeat B.J. Penn because unlike Penn, he will not gas by the end of the 2nd round. I watched UFC #94 again last night and that's exactly what happened in Penn's fight against GSP. He was gassed by the end of the 2nd round. Rogan even said so on commentary. Trust me when I tell you that both Anderson Silva and B.J. Penn will lose their fights. It will be a night of upsets. Mark my words.

I got BJ Penn and Anderson Silva, but of those two, I wouldn't be very surprised to see Florian score the upset on Penn.
I like Griffin, but unless there's some freak occurrence (Silva slips and falls at the wrong moment, etc.) I just can't see how he loses to Forrest. I'd love to be wrong about that.

Mark my words. Do you go around and say the oppisite of what everone esle says? Yes. I feel Penn is going to beat KenFlo. At 155, Penn is a BEAST. Gassing out won't be a problem for him at this weight. He went 3 full rounds with Sherk and looked very fresh. He only really gasses out at 170. People ALWAYS bring up him gassing, but a lot fail to realize that he gasses at 170. This fight is at 155. Penn is looking in killer shape and I think Florian is in serious trouble. As for Griffin/Silva, I think Griffin could pull off the upset, but I'm not betting on it. Forrest has a history of winning fights he's not supposed to. He can really push the pace, try to tire Silva out (afterall, this is at 205, not 185), and hope to win a decision. If Silva shows up like he did in his last 2 fights, Forrest has a good shot. But if Silva shows up like he did against Hendo, Franklin and even James Irvin, Forrest is in trouble. I hope Forrest wins, but its a long shot. Regardless, this fight will be a war and should get the Fight of the Night bonus.

Mark my words. Anderson is the betting favorite to win the fight. Brock Lesnar was the betting favorite (by about the same margin) to win the most recent fight vs. Mir. My prediction is that Forrest will grind out a decision over Anderson, but I can't blame people for thinking that Anderson Silva -- a guy who hasn't even come close to losing a fight in the UFC -- is going to beat Forrest. It's funny how you bring up GSP vs. Penn as if that has any barring whatsoever on Florian vs. Penn. Georges St. Pierre is a terrible matchup for Penn, because he has such a ridiculous strength advantage over him. Never in Penn's fights has he been so overpowered by his opponent -- not even against Lyoto Machida. Georges St. Pierre is a world-class wrestler who is naturally significantly bigger than Penn, which is the biggest reason why Penn had trouble with him. Kenny Florian is not going to be able to do anything near what GSP did against Penn. Florian doesn't have the natural physical strength that St. Pierre does, which is the one and only reason that St. Pierre was able to hold Penn down. Penn is flat out much better at 155 than he is at 170. In his career, Penn has one loss at 155, which came in his 4th professional fight over 7 years ago. Since then, no one has matched him at 155. You act like Penn hasn't ever gone out of round 2, and you're wrong. Please watch the Sherk/Penn fight for a more accurate representation of Penn's abilities when he's not being held down on the mat by a guy who's significantly larger.

I think Silva will beat Forrest although Im pulling for Forrest . As far as Penn vs. Florian I think Penn will win he looked very good against Sherk and didnt seem to gas out, Penn is much better at 155 and like kliquid mentioned Penn has only lost 1 fight at 155 and that was 7 years ago.

Lightweight Title: B.J. Penn vs. Kenny Florian- I know I am in the minority on this one but I feel Florian is ready to fight Penn and completely surprise Penn. I see Kenny winning a decision.
Anderson Silva vs. Forrest Griffin- The ONLY way Forrest will win is by a decision. But even that will be hard to do against Anderson because Anderson isn't the type to have his spirit broken. I don't think Forrest will be able to take Anderson down at will(he might get a couple of takedowns but Anderson has very serious jiu-jitsu skills) . And Forrest is definitely not going to outstrike Silva. The thing Forrest needs to do in this fight is use his weight and strength to push Silva against the cage and grind out a decision. But even if he does that he faces danger with Andersons muay thai clinch. I think Anderson is motivated and will shut everyone up with the talks of him not looking the same in his last two fights by putting Forrest away. Forrest has shown great striking skills but then resorts back to his brawling style when he is in trouble. I HOPE Anderson wins as it will seriously set the consecutive win streak at such a high number it will almost guarantee to never be duplicated. I think Forrest has a great chance at winning a decision but I will go with Anderson. Amir Sadollah vs. Johny Hendricks
Kendall Grove vs. Ricardo Almeida- I actually really like Kendall and I still don't get why he is the underdog on every single fight he is in. He got KO'd twice...it happens. The guy has gone on to win every fight since and I see this one ending by a TKO.
Josh Neer vs. Kurt Pellegrino- Probably the FOTN. Neer is such a fun guy to watch fight.
