I found an older John Morrison figure at KMart today. He came with the cruiserweight title. I don't remember any Morrison figures coming with this belt. Did he even ever hold this title?

No i don't recall a figure made with the cruiserweight title of morrison and he never held the title.

are you sure it wasn't the ecw championship
that's the only thing i could think of

Yeah, online Guererro figures come with it. Nothing else really.
Why would you take a IC, tag, or ECW and PUT IN A CRUSIER belt?

Well, that is very strange that someone would return the figure with a MORE valuable belt. The package did look tampered with, but the bubble hadn't been completely removed on any side. Very strange indeed.
