The end of WCW was just as good as the current product that WWE offers.

Yeah, I gotta agree, to be honest, WCW were improving right around the time they were bought out. If AOL hadn't merged with Time Warner, I somehow reckon WCW would of lasted several more months, even years. I watched Starrcade 2000, and even though it had ten matches, half of them all being with stipulations and a few of them being random undercard matches, I enjoyed it. I also remember the final Nitro, where the only thing I didn't like about it was the Tatoo match between Shawn Stasiak and Bam Bam Bigelow, but that wasn't as bad as the bullsh*t storylines they had in pure 2000.

Yea I was talking about this in the WCW DVD thread. I remember watching WCW around that time, not as much as I used to, but despite the political crap there were still decent matches going on.
