Kinda buried Orton towards the end there. Like every lined up at the Orton Buffet and had their turn. Didn't really bury him. It took three-four guys to keep him down. |

Tonights show was enjoyable, but they STILL won't put over younger talent like this on Raw! Over One hour of this was dominated by Vince & D-X - the beginning, the main event and the backstage segments. No Swagger, No Kofi, No Primo, barely any Bourne, Carlito, and Chavo faces Hornswoggle for the 28915748093283174487906281394700912837 time... who is booking the younger talent? Triple H? took the words right out of my mouth..+1 |

Seriousley, what happened to his super (and well deserved IMO) push in early 2006 into the World title picture!? I remember his amazing matches, especially vs Morrison (then Nitro) and Benjamin at Vengeance 2006, which I thought stole the show, and now he get's KO'd by McMahon... he needs to be on Smackdown!, which nowadays REALLY is "the land of opportunity", as Michael Cole used to plug every second. If they're not gonna use the younger talent, send them to somewhere else where they'll be used well. Night guys! . |

Raw was pretty good, I was just saying like last week that I hope Mark Henry and MVP don't get paired up (cause they were wearing like matching gear and were standing beside each other in the lumberjack match), looks like I was unfortunately right on that :/... I was hoping Evan was MVP's partner but whatever, atleast he'll get the belts, hopefully and I guess they didn't work THAT bad together... his promo before the match was good, kinda reminded me of the Rock lol... And wtf? Why is Cena fighting for the belt again? He lost... WHERE. WAS. SWAGGER?!, and where was Chris Masters, again?... anyways, hope the Miz wins the belt... Gail and Beth looked good. The main event was boring but it was cool Vince got the pin on his bday... tired of the Chavo/Hornswoggle crap, maybe we'll get a good match out of Bourne/Chavo though. Who's the guest host next week? Adamle? Hope MVP vs Chris Jericho is on for next week, they had a great match before. I just want Jericho back on his own tbh...

WWE isn't so much beating a dead horse with these week in and week out Chavo/Hornswoggle stuff as they are cutting it open, letting it slowly die, and then dragging it's carcass behind a carriage until it catches on fire.

Semi-enjoyable show, albeit horrible wrestling wise. I found myself more entertained than usual, until I realized how little wrestling there actually was (and how bad it was).
The opening segment was funny at times, but overall it went far too long.
Triple H seems to be most enjoyable in DX, I had found myself getting incredibly tired of him lately.
It should be interesting to see how this DX situation progresses. To my knowledge, since their return in '06, they have never simply gone their separate ways. Either Triple H has gotten injured, or Shawn has left to take time off.

Personally, no. Randy Orton won by the ropes aswell, something that is NEVER acknowledged, because "if the ref doesn't see it, it's not illegal", they always say that. And nothing says Cena was going to win, maybe he wasn't? Point is, Cena lost, by the RKO, the fan didn't come in and hit Cena giving him the automatic DQ, Cena lost anyway, clean at that. |
