Exactly how would TNA benefit from Old Leather Butt burying their young talents? Nostalgia pops only go so far. Yeah, Hogan's out to bury everyone in TNA.Like that time in 2003, when he had that press conference for TNA in Japan, and was destroyed and bloodied by Jeff Jarrett and his guitar. And yet, somehow Jarrett was still buried, right? I'm sure he would be if he signed. This is the same man whose original WCW contract designated "no pinfall or submission loses" unless he saw fit. When it comes to eating a roster, no one does it quite like The Orange Wonder. Putting Hogan's insatiable ego in TNA would likely be the equivalent of the Black Plague for the company.

I think Hogan's changed. Back in 1997 when he practically never lost, I can kinda understand why, Hogan thought he was the top guy.
But things have changed now, the wrestling business has moved on, and I think Hogan knows that. I bet he'd be willing to put someone over if he thought it was the right thing to do.

Just come back to the E, give me 2-3 months of one last Hulkamania run (no world title is necessary). Drop the atomic leg on someone at Mania and call it a career Pretty much all there is to do for him.

'' since ive been a christian all my storylines have sucked'' Sting! That sets me off a bit. In all honesty, I would rather be a Christian and a good influence to children and adults than have interesting storylines. Better to be guaranteed a spot in heaven than have edgy storylines while on Earth. I'm just saying.

There is the problem: if he thinks it's right. If TNA signs him, he should have no creative control and Dixie should make it clear to him that A) he'll never get the TNA world belt and B) his run wouldn't be a 1-job-in-2 years type of scenario.

Also, one thing I'll concede about Sting (since I'm not a fan) is that the older/mature version is much better on the mic. Since Borden found his faith in reality, his on-screen persona has found more depth.

I wouldn't be against a short Hogan TNA World Title run, but he'd need to be there mostly to put people over.
Every big star that wins the TNA Title gives the company more credibility, and the belt more as well. "The TNA World Heavyweight Title, held by men such as Kurt Angle, Sting, Jeff Jarrett, Mick Foley, Samoa Joe, Hulk Hogan...." you get the picture...

He's been more of a mentor type of figure.
