-Doom (Outside of Simmons short title run, both Reed and Simmons really didnt do much as single stars) I gotta disagree with you here. While Doom was the last decent thing Butch Reed ever did, Ron Simmons had a strong enough career after Doom that it would be a shame if they'd stuck together. Reed was pretty much done by then, so Reed would have eventually dragged Simmons down as a partner. Aside from winning the WCW title, Simmons had the whole Nation of Domination thing in the WWF, and then the APA, etc. He wasn't the biggest star ever, but he did well enough to make the breakup of Doom a good idea in hindsight. Simmons career in WCW was one short world title reign and then basically a curtain jerker. In WWE he was a silly Gladiator, when he had his best singles run with the Nation, he didnt get anywhere. No BIG feuds and no titles and then in APA he was back to being in a tag team which I still would prefer Doom over APA....thats really what hurts Simmons IMO

Here's an unusual one - Doc & Bam Bam - "Dr. Death" Steve Williams & Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy. When they came into WCW in 92', I never saw anyone destroy lay a beating in a half on the Steiner Brothers like Steve & Terry did at the time. The Steiners were the best team in WCW, maybe the world - and the two heels ran rough shot over them. They could have been huge together, and maybe TG would still be alive to this day.

The World's Greatest Tag Team. Although I'd probably be more open to them breaking up if there were actually a storyline behind it, unlike all 3 times they've broken up.

I honestly can't see why Primo and Carlito have split up.
It's no big loss as i'm not a fan of them personally but it doesn't make sense.
