Don't try to blame the creation of Knockout Tag Titles for the potential cause of tna going bankrupt. They are not going under and if they were it wouldn't be because they made another title. That title is going to help tna not hurt it.

Kurt Angle killed TNA for me, I haven't watched it in over a year and a half now.

If TNA keeps signing all these knockouts, at this rate, the male superstars will be moved off iMPACT to their own 1 hour show.

I have not seen the rise and fall of WCW, because it is not out in the UK. And people who had power didn't kill WCW, The AOL/Turner murger killed it. Maybe WWE got there facts wrong or you weren't listening because you were crying over Davey Richards kicking your hand? WCW was in horrible shape leading up to it's death. The AOL/Time Warner merger was the final nail in the coffin, but Vince Russo's horrible booking, and not having someone to run his ideas by, like he did in the WWF, along with not building new stars, and the top guys refusing to help build new stars is what really killed WCW. The only people WCW really built in their later years was Goldberg, Booker T and DDP. I don't know why people always seem to forget about Big Show The Giant.

Add Jeff Jarrett and Scott Steiner to that list... I get why people don't really add them, neither do I. They where pushed, yes, but that was when WCW was dying and they desperately needed main eventers. Big Show, on the other hand even defeated Hogan in 1995 for the World Heavyweight Title. You can't really tell me that isn't a big of a deal.

The merger killed WCW more than anything. not to mention Hulk Hogan NO DOUBT! What TNA needs right now is a young centerpiece to capture the imagination of crowds. They need someone who seems credible in standing up to the MEM and taking the belt from Angle. They need their breakthrough star. In other words, they need the OPPOSITE of a broken-down, skulleted, lazy, self-absorbed has-been like Hogan.

I don't think this will kill TNA, granted the loss of Angelna Love effects the situation since it seems like a title especially designed for TBP, but ther is enough Knockouts to pick up the slack for a weakend BP. It was the opening torunment for a tag title of course it will have a bunch of thrown togerther teams, but over time if they build up teams add a few new knockouts there is no reason for a tag team knockout division to survive. I actually can see this helping the company in the long run since a tag team division can distance itself and the knockouts from WWE divias.

WCW died because Wrestling was not wanted anymore on TNT/TBS. If they wanted them still on t.v. They would have been regardless of how horrible it was.
