Either Shawn Michaels, Sting or Hogan, I'd fancy...

Thank you good sir!
Okay...
When Roddy Piper delivered his famous line 'Just when they think they got all the answers, I change the questions!' who was his guest on Piper's Pit?

Woo-hoo!
This jobber got his start by hopping the guardrail at a WWF house show in New York. He clotheslined the One Man Gang & was (legitimately) arrested. He later appeared in WCW, both winning & jobbing on WCW Saturday Night. His claim to fame was almost having his neck broken by Lex Luger on Monday Nitro.
Who is he?

Can you give a year please(of house show). 1990-1991, not in MSG. The Luger incident was in 1996

I was just about to say that because if I remember right Luger spent most of 96 in tag action. Renegade and Rocco Rock are the only singles matches I remember.

It was not Renegade or Rocco Rock.
His name did begin with an "R", though. And the match took place in October of 1996.

Nope. Try again. Another hint- he was one of the ugliest wrestlers in WCW.
