Who wore a mask and randomly attacked heels, notably Rick Martel and Earthquake, by running in on their matches? He would hit the heel a few times, headbutt him, and escape. He never wrestled a match in this persona and was never given a name. He was on TV twice, but never used.
Who was the wrestler who played him?

Haha sorry :/ I have a lot of down time at my job and have read a ton of stuff.
Anyways, this one should be fun. There are two instances that I know of (if we can find more great!) in WWF/E where the same superstar has been in a match for the same title at the same PPV three years in a row. In the first year they have won the said title and in the following two they have lost the title. If this is confusing here's a fake example of what that would look like:
SummerSlam 1995 Shawn Michaels defeated Diesel for WWF Championship
SummerSlam 1996 Bret Hart defeated Shawn Michaels for WWF Championship
SummerSlam 1997 Undertaker defeated Shawn Michaels for WWF Championship
Hope this makes sense!
