Correct, Hacksaw Jim Duggan was the answer I was looking for. Your turn. Grumpy, after some further research it turns out you are right as well. Uncle Elmer did use that name but I asked the question in honor of Hacksaw going in the HOF. Sorry for the mix up.  |

This wrestler attended Notre Dame University and was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles. He left to play Canadian football. He played in 9 Grey Cups, more than any other player in CFL history. He ended up being a 5 time all-star in the Canadian Football League.
