I honestly think that The World Elite is a GREAT thing. Because ever since they came on the younger talent has been getting more air time and the MEM isn't on TV 24/7.
They have also been getting heat, and has had some good matches/ segments/storylines. They have also been pretty fun to watch. They also have great talent and are better than some of the older guys now.(etc. Nash.)
I'm giving Russo credit for this one.

I like EY, so I was all for it. World Elite was great, for about a week, until they decided to loosely affiliate with (that is to say, "unofficially join") the MEM. Then it just became the same old nWo syndrome...one massive stable slowly eating an entire company.

Seems like I'm the only one that doesn't like them ,I feel like the whole "throw the non americans into a team and have them bash america" thing has been done.I dont' think EC plays a heel very well ,to me he is very boring.I also don't think TNA needs 2 huge stables at one time.But if what spoiler joe said up there is true they might start to interest me more.

So basically if you arent American in an American promotion, youre a heel? Im glad to see something being done with EY besides being a  ing goofball, but the Un-American thing has been done to death. And I also love that these American haters are affiliated with "Captian America" Kurt Angle. Originality is hard to find these days. |

I like the team, because it finally made EY interesting, but it has Russo written all over it. Look at the titles they hold, IWGP tag gold. Russo has stated before that he really doesn't care for foreign workers too much.

I think that World Elite are great. It's full of young talent and TNA have been pushing them alot. It's nice to see Eric Young outside of his usual goofball gimmick.

It is a terrible thing because nobody could give two craps about Eric Young or not.If TNA were to just pull the plug on him altogether and just fire him,fans alike would be glad and nobody at all would miss him.He is one of the main reasons why TNA has been in a slump for all of these years.Fans don't care about him,and the ratings show it each and every week,so until TNA starts to realize this,they will continue to have bad ratings each and every week.
Eric Young is what wrestling fans call the X-Pack of TNA.Or Shawn Waltman of TNA.Same goes for Homicide and Hernandez whenever they are on.Fans go to get something to eat whenever they are on,and change the channel.So Hernandez is Dixie Carter's favorite wrestler in TNA? That doesn't mean that all fans feel the same way as Dixie does.That also doesn't mean that he deserves to get a push,just because Dixie likes him as well. Ever here of giving the wrestling fans what they want and not the president or owner of the company? No wonder why TNA has been in a sewer for all of these years? They haven't been giving fans what they want,only Trixie Dixie.

EY has sucked turkey balls for so long. I think this stable gives him a chance to be taken seriously. However, I think its a piss poor stable just b/c its a rehased storyline.

To say no one cared about Young, is laughable. Young was over even outside of Orlando. People obviously cared. I do love TWE tbh and Young's perfect for the leader.

EY was only good with Team Canada and the subsequent 'Don't Fire Eric!' campaign. Since it ended he's been effectively useless.
I don't mind him as the leader of World Elite, I just don't think he's anything special.
