Not looking good. Now she has to marry Ryan Reynolds! too bad hes canadian too.....lol (I did get the joke by the way) back on to this topic...There's another thread called "begining of end of tna" and if the feds pick this up, no more tna, so maybe this should be brought up there. |

So her work visa will really take 6 months to get back? So say she did do this to get out of her contract, which I think would be crazy, she couldn't sign with say wwe right away since she can't work in the US for 6 more months?
This is just very bad news for her since she is basically out of work for 6 months.

True however its also TNA's job to make sure there workers have all the right paperwork. Both partys are at fault here, Alltho i feel TNA should have made sure angel had a current working visa and if she didn't should have worked to get her one. IMO this is a pretty big loss for TNA over-all(She was one of the most over people) i hope TNA trys to work things out and get her back. Alltho this could be a blessing for angel as maybe the wwe could end up resigning her. But i have not clue whats going to happen to her as far as legal stuff goes i guess we'll just have to wait and see on that. |

While going through emails this morning, there seemed to be some readers who were blaming Love's release on the promotion. When it comes to a work visa, the person applying needs to do the groundwork to get the visa by either having:
A)A certain amount of money in the bank to support themselves.
B)A sponsor in the United States.
C)A company confirming they will employ them in the United States.
According to several TNA sources, the company had been waiting for Love to get her issues taken care of and as I mentioned yesterday when PWInsider.com broke the story, felt "their hands were tied" and they were forced to let her go because it wasn't taken care of.
As a brief correction, I noted yesterday Love was working under a visa she obtained while under a WWE developmental deal. One source within WWE contacted me yesterday to state that couldn't have been the case as that visa was revoked when she was let go, so it appears I may have been incorrect in that aspect of the report.
In either event, it's a shame TNA had to let go one of their best heel females.
I believe TNA will retain the rights to the Love ringname since they created it. Love had been working under the ring name Angel Williams for years prior to debuting in TNA.
