I am into UFC I just don't pay attention to it 24/7. I could name some like, Minataro, Machida, Alves, I mean wtf dude. -__- I'm still not sure who Marqurrett (Marquardt?)or Rashard (Rashad?) are...and Minataro? Are you referring to Big Nog? No one has to "pay attention 24/7" to at least slightly know what they're talking about. You're telling someone who may want to get into a sport people to look into, and you yourself know nothing about it. Just a bit odd. I was supposing you watched UFC.. So I didn't put full names. Rashad Evans, Minataro Noguria, Nate Marqurrett..

Not confuse him with people that don't exist, just because you don't really watch.

So what. I will not and do not plan of ordering any of the figures does that in some way say I'm not as big of a fan as you? Think before you type sir.

While the children go at it, I will add this.
If you want to get into MMA I suggest you look for these 2 books. They cover the rise of the UFC and MMA and will fill in the gaps in the story the fights can not tell.
Total MMA by Jonathan Snowden. It covers the sport from its days as Brazilian street fighting to the UFC's move into the UK.
Title Shot: Into the Shark Tank of Mixed Martial Arts by Kelly Crigger Pretty good book that covers the different training camps while Crigger tries to find out what goes through a fighters mind.
There is also a book titled "Blood in the Cage" which I have not read but I have been told is a good history book of just the UFC.

Everyone else, stop acting like jerks. There's way too much holier-than-thou crap on this board lately.

I'll go ahead and name my personal favorite fights in all the divisions. HW:Dos Santos, Velasquez, Big Nog, and Bigfoot silva LHW: Mousasi, Luiz Cane, Forrest Griffin, Thiago Silva, and Jon Jones looks very promising. MW: Sexyama, Cung Lee, Jake Shields, Maia, and Marquardt. WW: Nick Diaz, Alves, Serra, Condit, and Dan Hornbuckle LW: BJ penn, Alvarez, Hanson, Kawajiri, and JZ.

If you want to be bored to death, watch Machida and Anderson Silva
If you want to be entertained and drop your jaw, watch Dan Henderson, GSP, BJ Penn and Matt Hughes

If you want to see one hell of a fighter, check out a few Diego Sanchez fights... more specifically the Clay Guida fight. If you want exciting submissions, check out Demian Maia or Dustin Hazelett.

Yes, you heard me correctly, Matt Hughes. If Hughes vs. Trigg II didn't make you drop your jaw and make you an automatic fan of UFC, then you don't know jack crapabout MMA.
