I'm sure there is something noted about the working situation in the Restraining Order. She has a legitimate case if she can prove that the reason she isn't being used is a direct result.She will probably have a hard time doing so, because of the nature of the beast. They have a lot of contracted people that they don't use regularly.

All it will do is cost her money (she's got some but I doubt she's rich) and time that she could use getting booked for indy shows or a WWE tryout. |

Didn't Nicole Bass sue WWE for something and lost because they basically said "She didn't improve at all in her time with the company" or something like that? I remember Val Venis talking about it in his shoot. She'll lose if she trys, I think.

Rhaka Khan is about as good in the ring as she is as a person, Crap! So I take it you know her? Or are you going by Angle's sob story? Woo Woo Woowned But really, She'd be a bigger idiot if she went through with this. |
