Maybe do what you did with Wyoming ban him from all competitions and matches. meaning he'll only be able to post seperate animations and not have any matches

I say banned from all competitions which are ppv's and matches. I think this would be a worthy enough punishment

I think it's fair if we take out the aWo/D-X votes for all matches that aWo/D-X are in cause they could be biased.
