I wonder if the same people complaining about SSF4 also complain about the yearly full-priced updates to NHL, NFL, NBA, FIFA, etc games? Or the WWE games for that matter.
Fighting games always have revisions. It is the deepest competitive genre there is; there are bound to be balance issues and various bugs that need tweaking. Capcom is going above and beyond with SSF4.

IGN's review is up:
Finally got around to pre-ordering it today but since I used Amazon, I might have to wait a few days after release however I do get $10 off my next purchase if I do end up getting Red Dead Redemption.

Just bought on my lunch break, with my trade ins I got $2.51 back which I just had them put towards my already reserved UFC10.
