Good news for us Ranger fans. The 20th Anniversary line is starting to hit some areas. The West Coast TRUs are starting to get the Legacy Morphers (lucky bastards) and the East Coast TRUs are getting the Armored figures. (Even though they technically aren't part of the 20th Ann line) I myself got lucky this morning on my way to work and got this guy. I will say that even though he still has a toyetic look to him I get a very Marvel Legendsesque vibe from this figure. It is WWE Elite scale. Smaller than the 1st Classic Lion-O (also Bandai) bigger than the 2nd Lion-O. I also picked up the Mega Force Blue Ranger since there is a BOGO sale on these and they are $19.99 each at my TRU. *NOTE* The Morphers are TRU exclusives. The Armored figures will be sold everywhere but it looks like only TRU is getting the cases that have the MMPR Red Ranger figure. Apparently Bandai is taking notes from Mattel's book on case assortments now.

just went to my TRU and found the Red Ranger! picked him up for 19.99, they didnt have the Morpher or anything else of value to take advantage of the sale, oh well!
its a solid figure, not as great in person as I expected but i'm still happy to have it cause I don't have any of my old Ranger stuff anymore besides the original Megazord.
my biggest complaint about this figure is the blaster seems a bit too big and the head looks too small, maybe its just me

I just want the Green Ranger, but I see the Red Ranger has his dagger and knowing the marketing game I can imagine I'm going to have to buy both to have a complete Green Ranger.

I've been looking around but am struggling to find info on these new 6 inch Mighty Morphin figures.
Can anyone tell me have they made or announced any other rangers beside the Red Ranger pictured above?

The 2010 Rangers have all Accesories. If anybody wants to buy the Lot of them off me, let me know. I know the loose set of 2010 just hit $80 on Ebay and Trini gets $30-40 alone.

Can anyone tell me have they made or announced any other rangers beside the Red Ranger pictured above? This particular line of figurrs are called Armored Power Rangers. The assortment has the Red and Blue Rangers from Power Rangers Megaforce and this MMPR Red Ranger. There will be a MMPR White Ranger coming in later assortments but this is all we are getting at this time. TRU is listing these as "Armored Might" Bandai said they want to test out the waters so I wouldn't rule out Green Ranger just yet. The actual 20th Anniversary is going to consist of: Legacy Morpher- die cast plates and coins 2010 Megazord reissue- also die cast Mini MMPR Helmet boxed set- Japan Import 4" scale metallic figures - MMPR Red White and Red Lost Galaxy figures shown at Toy Fare SH Figuarts Red and Green MMPR figures- Japan Import Again, based on sales Bandai might do more but we have a damn decent start. I too agree that some of the proportions are a little off with the Armored Red Ranger figure, but seeing as how this is a Bandai product it is really good. The articulation and accessoried make up for other flaws. I hope they make more but these could be a one time deal like Super Legends Extreme.

Well I'm waiting to see if they make the rest of the MMPR Rangers before I buy any. If they only make some of them I'm passing. Full set or nothing.

Found the Red Ranger today in IL. I'm gld that we are atleast getting decent figures unlike the disapointing 2010 line. Will definatly be picking up the White Ranger when its released.
Knowing Bandai I wouldn't be surprised if they canned the line, but a Green Ranger would be easy to do considering all they would need to do is sculpt a new head (the armor and body is already made). Since Megaforce is going to be two years running, hopefully next year we get the Green and atleast one more ranger (I would love the whole team but thats a pipe dream).
Since this is an armored line, I wouldn't mind if instead of seeing every MMPR made, if we got rangers from other seasons, like the Red In Space ranger w/ his battle mode armor.

^^ That is what a lot of others have said as well. For an "Armored" line I would like to see a PRiS Red Ranger too.
What I think Bandai should do is make a separate line that used the same body style as these, but instead of Armor pieces they come with BAF piece to make a villan or another ranger.
This would be good so this way we can get more figures in this style. Not only would Bandai not have to worry about adding Armor to every figure, but the mark-up will still be there because it comes with a BAF part.
BTW I bought the Legacy Morpher from TRU.com this morning. Now starts the wait...

anyone find the Morpher yet? i've called TRUs in the area for the last week trying to find it! Gonna probably have to wait for a bit. I'm not a member of Ranger Board but after going through their forums, it seems like the few that have been released so far have been all bought up by the crazy people on there. Aparently the morpher hasn't been shiped nation wide yet so we'll have to wait. The members on Ranger Board have even started fights in the stores over these things, which is funny considering they complain about these not being up to their standards. Those people truely have no lives.

I just went to a few Toys R Us and had them checked if there are any available around and they're all sold out in California. Also I was reading on the Ranger Board and most of them were damn scalpers who bought like 6 to 4 of them. I heard they should be restocking them this upcoming week. I'm going to try the collectible swap meet I go to and they'll most likely have it there.

Ranger Board is definalty the worst online forum I've ever seen. The members act like Bandai actually ows them something. They complain we never get any anniversary stuff, and when Bandia actually does release stuff (2007 Anniversary Red Rangers, 2010 MMPR, and 2013 Anniversary), they complain that they arn't show acurate and that they are shafted. Hell, I've read on one of their forums that members on there have started fights in stores over this simple hobby. They seriously need to get lives.
While I was disapointed in the 2010 stuff, I was happy to atleast be getting MMPR merchandise. I love the new Armored Red Ranger and will definalty be picking up a morpher and the White Ranger when they are released.

^^ I have to say that the only thing I ever found disappointing was the 2010 MMPR line. The only reason I was disappointed with it was the fact that they had already been proven that they could make better looking figures like the Super Legends Green/White, Zeo Gold Ranger figures. Also they had a collector market in 2010, but they missed the boat. No real morphers, mini sized weapons, and no Dragonzord didn't make it more appealing. Even kids got shafted by not having these things.
I also have to wonder how much of the 2010 line was hurt just from the show not being what it was talked up to being thanks to the transition from Disney back to Saban at that time. We only got 18 2010 MMPR episodes. I am sure that didn't help in getting the kids to want more figures.
Other than that I am tickled pink when us older fans are being thrown a bone. I like the Armored figures and hope they continue to do more. For those who feel the Armored figures are too toyetic, or buff looking... we will have MMPR/Zyuranger SH Figuarts available in the summer along with the mini Helmets. I would like to see much more, but this is a damn good start to have.
Plus Bandai said that they'll do more for us based on sales and even though most items are being scalped right now, it is still sales in Bandai's eyes. So if anything this proves to Bandai that there is indeed a collector market that is worth catering to. Who's not to say from this point that Bandai might go ahead an make a 2nd Gold Morpher, or release older Megazords.
As far as these guys on Rangerboard go... well they are crazy, and rude. I belong to several forum sites and that one is by far the worst. They jump all over you for asking a question w/o searching the board first because "Those are the rules" Yet, they have NO problem with people repeatedly making the same bitchy posts over and over again and getting into arguments over the most trivial stuff. I wouldn't need to ask questions if I didn't have 200 pages of whining post to go through after using said "search function"
Just like how Mattel takes a look at us fans here on Wfigs to get ideas for WWE figs, I am sure Bandai does the same for that site. The only difference is on that site, everyone acts like children and that is why Bandai hasn't bothered to care about us "Colletors" is because those who represent us on that site makes us look stupid and unworthy. Then when Bandai does try to give us what we want it gets criticized to no end. If I were Bandai I too would have a "let them eat cake" attitude. They'll make money regardless if they make items for collectors or not, so why cater to the collectors when they act the way they do. Unfortunately, there aren't enough of us normal fans on that site to out weigh the members who thrive on nonsense. Then again, perhaps there should just be a whole different site made where us normal guys can talk and act in a normal behavior. Ironically, it is hard to become a member on that site and when you do... it is crap like this you have to look foward to.
There is a reason why I have been a Rangerboard member for 5 years and only have 50 posts, yet I have only been on Wfigs for a little over a year and have nearly 1300 posts.
Sorry for the long tangent but it just annoys me how bad that site is. Thank god for the cool people here. I know not every post I make is awesome or insightful, but at least no one knocks me for wanting to start a conversation or makes me feel like an idiot for posting at all.

About 90% of people on the Ranger Board are freaking scalpers. My older brother is a member there and notices that people are buying about 4-6 morphers which is ridiculous. There was an a*****e there who pre ordered 19 morphers, but then edited what he said, so no one could argue with him. Everybody on the Ranger Board sucks.
