I know a while ago, it seemed like a lot of people from this forum were going to this show. Maybe do a seating chart?

I was totally interested in this PPV on the assumption it would be Raw vs. Smackdown! matches. Miz vs. Morrison would have been perfect for right now. Unless it's still Raw vs. SD! matches, and winners of each face each other, I've lost interest. I'm not holding my breath though.
As for the Iron Man match...I do not believe that either man has the move set to pull off a quality hour long match. Randy Orton struggles through middle portions of matches, relying on chinlocks and incessant stomping. Now, many people said the same about Triple H and the Rock back in 2000 and they pulled off a classic...but this ain't 2000 Rock and 2000 Hunter.
They're going to have to go that route though, with heavy over-booking and a lot of weaponry. They cannot try to work a Shawn-Bret wrestling match because neither of them can pull that off. I hope I'm wrong and that it's entertaining, but I have yet to see a Cena-Orton match I've enjoyed.

As you mentioned people didn't think HHH and The Rock could do it, and they did. But I think one of the things that made the match was great was the psychology of it. HHH, up 3-2, hitting Rock with a chair to tie it at 3-3 to then pin Rock to go up 4-3 and do the extra damage without losing ground was tremendous. But in this match, couldn't Orton just hit Cena with a chair for 59 minutes?

I think Cena/Orton might go to a draw, say, 3-3. Orton will say that since Cena did not win and that Orton is still champion, Cena will leave RAW. Cena will then compete for SmackDown! later in the night, because he didn't technically 'lose' the match he had earlier.
If that makes any sense ?

But you have to remember, this is the same man who's walking running down the ramp a night after a Hell in a Cell and a punt. EDIT: I guess if Orton wins, he'll be competing for RAW in the main event anyways, so I guess Cena could too. But who knows ?

You guys really need to stop complaining. It's so tedious. If you don't like it, don't watch it.

I like the idea of Cena/Orton having an anything goes Ironman match, great way to end the feud, just not 60 minutes. 30 would have been perfect, but neither of those guysare the type you wanna see for an hour straight

They're going to have to go that route though, with heavy over-booking and a lot of weaponry. Orton in an Iron Man Match: A lot of restholds. Orton in a No-DQ Iron Man Match: A lot of restholds followed by a lot of chairshots.

It might hurt it a bit...but I really can't imagine Orton working an hour long match. Many people doubted Triple H and the Rock in 2000, but looking back, 2000 was probably the best year for both men. They are probably limited with No DQ and No CO...but I still can't see them wrestling for an hour. I hope I'm proved wrong, though.

so theres gonna be a 60 minute ironman match, 5 other matches, and a 6-man tag to end the show. Thanks to that Ironman match the the other matches will be shortened.

I wouldn't be surprised if they've changed plans since that report came out regarding the Tag Match O' Winners. Especially now that a.) they've added an Iron Man Match (unless that's going on earlier in the night to allow some time for the winner to rest) and b.) there was no mention of it, in that respect, on either Raw or mentioned in the Smackdown spoilers. Instead, I'm guessing they'll just have one big Smackdown vs. Raw tag match that is hyped like any other match and where all the participants are known in advance.
