Depends on the figure, honestly. I can't really comment on the line up now as I'm not a big HHH or Mysterio fan, and the HBK figure just doesn't interest me.
I think a Mattel WM14 Undertaker would be fantastic, as well as perhaps some new age DX figures, complete with hats, shirts, and wristbands.
I don't collect as much as I used to, so to me, if the amount of detail is worth the price, then I'll purchase it.

To me i would pay the going price for that trips. One of the best looking figure proto's i've ever seen.

Any time you aim something at "collectors", you get to add a few bucks to the price tag. That being said, I don't see these as some kind of rip-off at the $22 price point. It's a tad high, sure, but it also comes with a base that plays music. It's about $7 more than the Elite line and that covers the fancy base and all of the custom equipment. All of this "$22 for ONE figure!?" is sort of understating it, I think. You have to consider the total package, accessories, attention to detail, etc. Mattel isn't going to sell a ton of these and they spent a good bit on all the custom stuff that comes with it, so they gotta make some money off of it somehow. I'd rather them offer these for $22 than to not make them at all.

Sure I'll be getting the Triple H when I see it. Also for $21 it says that The Entrance Greats™ figure stands play each of the WWE Superstars’ famed entrance music.

If they all turn out to be as good as the three protos they have shown, I will be definitely buying all of them. I spent $25 for the Jakks King of Kings Triple H and the Mattel blows that one out of the water.

I think the problem is that these are NOT using the Elite body. It's the basic body with some extra accessories for more than double the price. At $22, these are a tough sell. I'm sure Rey will sell well, but I doubt the HHH and HBK will be good sellers.

Those entrance gear figures look better than EVERY SINGLE IE that has been produced.

But Mattel did say they will have online figures, so imagine what there Ie's will be like?
