Most Recent ones that I can remember are Hendo over Bisbing, Brock over Mir, Machida over Rashad, Rampage over Wandi
Some of my favorites would have to be the many Tank Abbott ones early on as well as Pete Williams over Mark Coleman. Ultimate Knockouts 1 & 2 have some good ones IMO, many of the older ones are more devastating to me.

Let's go ahead and add Rumble Johnson on Yoshiyuki Yoshida from earlier tonight to that list of epic KOs. Along with every other Rumble KO.

^^ I second that. I demand Rumble get tough fight next like... Trigg, Kos, Davis, Kampmann, Daley.... One of those or its ridicolous that he is still fighting lower ranked guys...

Kampmann would be a waste fight. He's coming off a tough loss to Daley and Rumble would destroy him anyway.
Give him Josh Koscheck or Paul Daley. Winner of that gets the title shot after the winner of Mike Swick vs Dan Hardy.
