Smart! Sign with the D-team AND burn your bridge to WWE while you're at it! His career is sure to take off now! Exactly. He made the wrong move and it will cost his stupid ass.

I don't get how this is the wrong move nor stupid when you look at his first feud already. I won't say it here, but go look in the spoiler board. He would've had that big of a feud for atleast a year in WWE. I'm not bashing your opinion, but he's getting a bigger feud his first day in TNA then he would've his first year in WWE imo.

How is it stupid? WWE should have capitalized and brought him up as soon as both parties showed interest. During the attitude era - when I guy would sign with either brand, he'd be on the next Day. Now - WWE has to do their intellectually- disabled minor league BS before they bring up any star. Stupid. He signed with TNA, and will be brought in immediately.

Arent you the biggest Dick Hole on this earth. You know he is coming back form neck surgery like Lita. PRobably the only person you know who had an injury of that extent. Easier Schedule, beautiful work area, what wouldnt you want? Unless he is a hotelier, i think TNA is great for him you Diva Dick Hole Mark.

Drew, keep that kind of name calling out of my threads. Either that, or i'll be forced to do some reporting. As for the signing, I haven't read spoilers... but I LOVE how everyone ing SPOILS the "spoiler" by even mentioning he's on/brought up on the show. Point blank is, both WWE and Nigel are to blame for this. Nigel won't get AS big of a lengthy career, nor the kind of money he would be eventually getting ( if not getting at start ), by signing with TNA. Lighter work schedule, yes. As big of a main stream audience, no. However, from what i'm understanding... the WWE failed to hop on this opportunity and show a strong interest in him. Rather than treating him like just another guy hired from the independents. It's WWE's loss ( for now ) and TNA's "gain"... but time will tell if it's an actual gain, or not. TNA haven't been known to use their talent in the best way. Hopefully, this is different. - Triple S

I usually find you annoying and wrong most the time, but I can't disagree this time. This is a huge signing for TNA, and if he wants to be a big star in a promotion this is the way to go. WWE already has Drew Macintyre to fill the hole that Nigel would go into. TNA's gain for sure, and its too early to say but I believe over time it will be Nigel's gain as well. Not a big fan of the name though. I think they should have stuck with his name on the independents.

Doesn't sound like Nigel picked TNA over WWE. It sounds like the WWE dropped him.

It is going around that Nigel failed the physical for the WWE. The guy does have two bad arms.

I love Nigel. I've met him on several occations and he is a great guy. I really hope TNA doesn't screw this situation up cause no one deserves sucess more than him.
Although, judging by the name there giving him it's already off to a bad start.

The name was apparently Nigel's choice as he didn't want to sign over the rights to Nigel McGuinness and choose Desmond Wolfe on his own.

I'm very suprised to see this turn of events.....
I would much rather see Nigel in WWE than TNA, but I guess him being in TNA does benefit him as now he's not restricted in the ring, and if you read spoilers, he was actually brought in as an established wrestler, rather than some noob who's never stepped foot in a wrestling ring before, as he would be portrayed if debuting in the WWE.
I'm a little confused as to why Nigel lied about the legit reason for him not signing with the WWE. I got all excited when I heard the report of TNA "stealing" him from the WWE by signing him before WWE could finalize a deal with him, because if that was the case, it would mean more heat between WWE and TNA, which means more drama, which you know... is just fun times, I guess? I was really looking forward to seeing how WWE would retaliate, since there was a report that WWE management wasn't too happy about this and was going to one up TNA in some form.

I have no problem with him going to TNA, but they're just going to take the easy way out and stick him in the British stable. The name is terrible regardless of whether he picked it or not.

i love the fact that he chose TNA over WWE because that in my opinion gives us a better chance to see Amdrag in TNA but i really wish they didnt call him desmond wolf its kinda stupid in my opinion but i did enjoy watching him last night
