(I tried to remove all spoilers, please lmk if I missed any)
TNA star Chris Sabin was injured tonight during an Impact taping for the episode scheduled to air on 10/29. Sabin and partner Alex Shelley were wrestling when Sabin took a bad bump on his neck while working The bump took place during what was described to me as a move similar to an uranage, but I don't have that confirmed 100% as the move.
I was told it was an extremely scary moment but Sabin did eventually walk out of the ring We are waiting to hear details on the severity of the injury.
I was also told that when Kevin Nash came out later in the taping for a promo he actually addressed the injury. I was told that Nash said he was glad that TNA was a taped show and then "tore down the company" for not stopping the match after they learned of Sabin's injury.
As soon as we have further word on Sabin's injury, we'll update.
Update #2: Numerous sources in Orlando have confirmed Chris Sabin is OK. I am told he suffered a stinger and is still extremely sore but there's no major injury coming out of the bad bump at tonight's Impact taping.

From what I've read. MCMG were in a match and Sabin took a move and landed on his head/neck. It could be a stinger but the TNA trainer also said it could be a broken neck. Nash is said to be furious the match wasn't stopped. Nash was NOT in the match though, jsut to be clear.

This ing sucks. Sabin is not only my favorite TNA wrestler, but he's one of my favorites out of every company. I'm really upset to hear this. I hope it's not as serious as they think and he's able to recover quickly.

Hopefully he's okay, Sabin and Shelley are my favorites in TNA.
They're finally getting pushed and something like this happens, that really sucks.

Glad I wasn't on when this was posted, I don't want a hair on Sabin or Shelley's head out of place.

Poor guy hope he gets better. Also I'm liking Kevin Nash more and more as the years go by. Taking a back seat for the x-division guys in the past. Now standing up for Sabin. Kevin Nash needs too become a commentator or manager when he retires.

TNA seriously has to stop with all of these sick bumps. That's almost two broken necks this week (Daniels at BFG, and Sabin tonight.) They seriously have to stop this, or else they're going to get one of their stars seriously injured. Seriously.

Plus, if TNA said "No more big spots!" we'll have to listen to people complain about this not being "the old TNA" and "boring".

It wasn't anybodies fault or even a sick spot. And this is coming from my brother and his roommate who were at the taping

IMO there is a line and TNA has crossed the line several times. 3 times I believe they took it too far were when Elix walked the cage, Jeff's huge bump off the stage, and the move off the ultimate X this past sunday. The other times they could've been seriously injured but these are three times they could've died.

Seriously, people are blamming TNA when it's not TNA who comes up with every spot nor move for move in a match.
