Streamers are cool and hardly ever seen in the US aside from indy promotions. Last time I recall them in TNA was for Angle at BFG 06.

NOAH just drew 17,000 fans... TNA can barely draw 1000... or 500 at that.... For a Misawa tribute show. It was a one time thing. They have no TV and they usually draw 1,200 or so at best.
