I guess I gotta start watching TNA now. Very excited that the Hulkster is going to make another wrestling fed relevant again. Or take part in it sinking ( search: WCW 2001 ), just sayin'.... - Triple S

Say what you will about them and their skills, but there are ton of different cool crapTNA could try now. I really want Bischoff on TV, tbh.

Haha, looks like TNA 2009 is WCW 2000:
Hogan- Bischoff- Vince Russo- Ed Ferrara- Jeff Jarrett- Kevin Nash.
If memory serves me right, they helped drive WCW into the ground when they got into control in 1999/2000. Hopefully history doesn't repeat itself.

If there are others, I hope Kennedy and Umaga are two of them. - Triple S Imagine if they could land RVD?

What can Hulk Hogan possibly add to the actual quality of the product? I mean sure, ratings will likely go up and if they don't then TNA is absolutely doomed for eternity. But other than that there is absolutely nothing that he can add in any positive fashion. I don't see Hulk Hogan allowing for AJ Styles or Samoa Joe to go over him. Ever.

Quite frankly The Rock is the biggest signing TNA could ever get but this is still massive. I used to follow TNA but slowly lost track a few years ago. However I will be tuning in to see what they do with Hogan and Easy E

Terrible idea. He's probably gonna win the belt eventually and he won't put guys like AJ or Joe over. Ratings is all they'll get from this. I really wish hogan would fade into wrestling oblivion already

I would have looked at this as an amazing step towards reaching the mainstream a few weeks ago, and I suppose it still is, but unfortunately I can see this messing with the recent youth movement. Are we gonna have to say goodbye to the pushes of Matt Morgan, Daniels, Desmond Wolfe, Hernandez, EY and others? I certainly hope not and that they just use Hogan to draw in the fans, and use the aforementioned talents to get them to stick around. Bischoff as an on-air character would be sweet though...always been a Bischoff mark!

My hopes:
1. Eric Bischoff is an on-air character, much like Jim Cornette and Mick Foley were. 2. Hulk Hogan isn't around for too long. 3. Hulk Hogan is used to put over guys like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Daniels, etc. 4. Hogan isn't built up to be unstoppable. 5. TNA still pushes forward with the young talent movement.
