I find it ironic that Kobe just threw the game away while trying to do his usual fade away baseline jumper crap that he had to pass out of mid fade away and throw it right to a turn over to blow the game.
The fade away baseline shot is just such a low percentage shot that leads to fast breaks.
Also, LOL at the mighty Lakers getting owned by Glen Davis, Tony Allen and a guy who played more than half of the season with the Knicks.

good game today by the celtics.. they out rebounded us and took the paint away.. the keys to success
I am still confident that we can win the next one with the right adjustments

I think Bynum not playing many minutes had a HUGE affect on the game. Boston actually won the battle of the boards for once and that was the difference in the game. Boston's bench was also big time and I liked how Rivers kept playing his bench well into the 4th because LA had no answer for them.
If Bynum doesn't anymore or much of the coming games, this becomes a completely different series.

I hate to pat myself on the back but remember after the last game I said the Lakers only scored 91 points, and if the Celtics found more offense, completely different game.
Well, the Lakers scored 89 tonight... and have generally looked like straight up garbage in the last 3 games (Kobe included)... I'm not impressed.
Celtics don't take game 5 though they are in trouble.
But seriously, Kobe's just had 3 crap games in a row in the NBA Finals and missed game winners multiple times in the previous 3 series that his team mates had to get put backs to win the game (Gasol, Artest).... and tonight they got whipped down by Big Baby and Nate Robinson... LOL.

Celtics just overcame their offensive ineptitude and just out-hustled the Lakers. Great win, the ing offense is still worrying me though

Kinda like the Cavs series with Boston.

It looks like we are finally getting a great Finals series. With the Celtics winning yesterday, I see it going 7 games, with none of the teams taking 2 straight. Which means the Lakers win it.

If Boston wins the next game, they have a chance, but if not, I doubt they will survive back to back Lakers home game.

Even though he said he's good to go sunday i'm REALLY worried about bynum.
When LO is playing that bad phil shouldn't be so reluctant to use the bench more, baby won't be able to bully Mbenga.

I actually wasn't sure how big of a factor Bynum would be until I watched the first couple of games. Even though he's playing on one leg he gives them a sheer size advantage that makes scoring in the paint more difficult for the Celtics.
I also think Artest, Odom or Fisher needs to score at least 15 for them to win. The majority of their production comes from Kobe and Gasol and they really haven't gotten a lot of help in this series from those 3 guys. Artest had that great game 1 and has looked lost on offense ever since. There's no rythm, there's no getting into sets..he just dribbles the ball around and chucks up terrible shots. I think the Lakers would benefit from hockey rules, that way they can rotate Artest out every time for their offensive schemes.

The Celtics look like they trust each other more and pass more.
It also looks a lot different when Bynum isn't out there. But, Tony Allen deserves a lot of defensive credit for his pressure on Kobe.

I hope the Lakers win it in 6 or 7 games.

Maybe Phil should throw DJ N'Benga out there this series if Bynum's going to miss a lot of time. He's not terrible on defense but he does make mistakes.

bynum had his knee drained again today. MRI = no further damage. Having it drained isnt a good thing my man, and no further damage....to the already torn MCL and other fun stuff in there. I admire him for playing, but he could really destroy that knee if hes not careful.

If Bynum plays a good amount of minutes and is effective, I see the Lakers taking the game tonight. If not, the only other way I see the Lakers winning is Odom having a 15/10 night, which is always a question mark.
