Hey if you're clowning us for debating our opinions in the NBA thread, then more power to you...
I hope the Celtics wrap it up tonight, as well. But really wouldn't mind a game 7. If the Lakers come out and play like they did in game 1, they deserve to win it all.

After all, they did beat Cleveland, Orlando and took care of Dwayne Wade and company (not that Miami was a contender). They've faced some adversity in the last 2 months. Lakers just don't seem as resilient... it's tough to imagine anything rattling Boston's defense now. Offensive rebounding early certainly could, though...

I was a bit surprised to see Kerr move on from GM of the Suns. But they said he's got kids in school and it was more of a lifestyle change that was an issue than anything else.
3 years though, that's it. The first thing I remember is the Shaq trade when he completely uprooted the team's philosophy and traded away Shawn Marion. Shawn Marion proved to be past his prime and not nearly as great anymore, but the Shaq move certainly still was a bust.
The Suns need to push hard to get Dirk on board. The team would be pretty powerful offensively with Dirk and Frye's ability to stretch the half court defense and Nash running all over the place. Losing Amare wouldn't be terrible if you can get Dirk in there.

if you don't like it then go talk to Lorenzo about why Roger Clemens is still not guilty or innocent after 3 years... because that debate is more dignified at this point apparently...
HEAVEN FORBID we talk about the two best players in the NBA between games.

Izzo rejected the Cavs offer and is staying at MSU. Good I didn't want him leaving the Big 10 and this also means there is still a chance Lebron gets the outta Cleveland

Kobe had a good quarter. But Gasol was unreal, 5 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.

22-7 rebounding edge for LA.
The team that won the rebounding war has won every game.
Also, Pau Gasol is nasty.
