I just got back from the Wayne show and all I can say is OMG! This is the best live show I've EVER been to (and I was at Summerslam '98)! I got a MCMG shirt, my Best of the X-Divison Twin Pack signed by Chris Sabin(!!!) and the Amazing Red plus I did the photo op with AJ. The wrestling itself was fantastic with AJ-Joe-Daniels being ****1/4 in my book. Overall this show made me a TNA fan for life.

Any other wrestlers available? woulda liked to seen Desmond, Angle and some tag teams. Gald you had a good time. I will say that my TNA show experiences far exceeded my WWE ones. The whole event just seemed much more accesible. James storm and Rhino fought right in front of me too, so that was kinda awesome.

Photo ops are 20 bucks, they were only with AJ so I assume only the current World champ, the line wasn't bad I only had to wait like 5-10 minutes tops.

My report from Scranton: DJKnightRida and I got into Scranton around 12pm. The Ice Box......LMAO!!!! I have seen back yarders working in better buildings. The Ice Box is in a ing strip mall. We actually drove by it.....we couldnt believe that was the place. Its in a strip mall with an air force recruiting station, quiznos, a pizza place that had horrid pizza, a coffee shop and an abandoned hockey equipment store. We patrolled the area trying to figure out where to meet the wrestlers, but found nothing. Later in the night we did bump into Eric Young.......DICK refused to sign autographs for the 2 of us. Really? 2 people and you cant sign? Whatever. Hopefully he was just kayfabing....but looked doubtful. Went to get pizza, which absolutely sucked, before the show. Bumped into Slick Johnson, who I needed in my 09 Program and yet, left it in the car. Ugh. They let us in an hour before bell time. Set up pretty well on a basketball court. Visited the merch stand......prices were higher than online, but still got a program. Well worth it. WWE actually could take a lesson in the TNA program. Awesome pictures, colored very well, nice backgrounds, full pages, pretty complete. One sign of cheapness is the refs page, clearly Slick Johnson is photoshopped in with a grainy pic. No biggie. Simon Diamond was selling tickets out front before the show. No ushers for the show, but TNA plants in the crowd helped us find our seats. Though they put DJ in wrong one. Right before bell time, I went to my seat, sat down and the luxury of having 4 seats in the front row to myself, while DJKnightRida.....sat crammed in between the largest lady in the building. Card was exactly the same as the Wayne show with a couple of exceptions: Alissa Flash was NOT there. That sucked. I liked her. Chris Sabin beat Suicide in the opener and crowd was REALLY SPLIT on who to cheer for. I'll call it 55/45 for Sabin as the babyface. The main event was good. Not great. A lot of effort and some good spots, most seem to be the same as Wayne, NJ. Match was quick though and seemed rush. Hamada/Daffney was by far the worse match. Daffney was surprisngly fairly over. AJ received the biggest pop....Joe got a lot of cheers. Daniels had one fan that heckled the crap out of him to the point that Daniels started cussing at the guy. I think they have had a previous encounter. And second over was definitely The Beautiful People. They were giving a ton of backstage passes out.....guess about 20. 20 is a lot for a crowd that was about 200-250 tops. Like I said....4 seats in my section of the front row was empty......many second and third row seats were empty as well and GA was fairly empty. The passes were supposed to be given to the loudest and most excited TNA fans. Looked like they were just being given out randomly. For instance the guy behind me took off his hat and tipped it to JB....then got a pass. Some kid in the last row of one section was jumping up and down, kid might have been 8, and he got one. JB pointed to him and the kid looked at the guy next to him. JB said no, you little boy and the kid pointed the man next to him. A woman who was pretty into it did get one and one annoying guy who cheered all the babyfaces and booed all the heels and played cheerleader also got one. Everyone else was just pretty random. At intermission JB said he was going to give out twice as many passes in the second half of the show. I ended up making a ghetto sign that said JB Rules. To kickoff the second half, JB came over to me and said it was a nice try, but wasnt going to get me backstage. In the end, they gave out ZERO second half passes. LMAO! It was my feeble attempt.....I think it would have worked earlier in the show. Show came to a close and in typical TNA fashion, TNA shows why its the more fan friendly than WWE. AJ stays in the ring and for $20 you get a pic with him in the ring with the TNA title. But before he started that, he signed a bunch of autographs around the ring. I GOT NOTHING! He came to my section first and no one was ready for him. I grabbed my 8X10 and waited....but he made his way to other side before getting in the ring. Luckily though I got other wrestlers as they came out......Daniels, Sabin, Sarita, Taylor Wilde, JB. I got 2 from Sabin and a picture. Sabin was awesome as usual. He was in great spirits and was glad to sign anything and everything. Class act. I think they sold about 100 of the AJ pics. When the called for last call, DJ and I got in line. Waited maybe 2 mins. and got right into the ring. They were absolutely bull rushing everyone. But its understandable. I got my pic. and then decided to have some fun in the ring. I took a back bump and found the ring to be as soft as a pillow. So much softer than any other ring I had been in. When I took my bump, Simon Diamond freaked and then laughed. I tried to roll out underneath the bottom rope. Note....do not try this while wearing a backpack with a telephoto lens and camera inside of it. Whoops. Camera was undamaged. Me? Stuck underneath the ropes. Thought Diamond was going to come over and kick me to the floor. Did not happen. I ended up falling out. Show was over, card was below average. Had a pretty damn good time all in all. Got some great pics and autographs. Hung around afterwards for an hour......TNA had an after party inside for crew and talent......ended up giving up around 11:30pm and headed home. As always, highly recommend a TNA house show over a TNA ppv. Match quality is not as good......but its more relaxed and fan friendly. Will be getting tickets for the Danbury, CT show as AJ, Angle, Nash, Morgan and Nigel have been announced for that show.

that place was horrid, ive been to a bunch of tna shows but this one was just sad haha. sad, meaning turnout was very poor and the arena well rink as i said horrid. it wasnt the best show ive been to but it was fun nonetheless and im glad i came down. i really wanted to get eric young but if he wasnt nice that makes me sad. ive met him a few times and hes been ok. i also wanted to get slick as well, ill try again in a few weeks. i got the same people cm showstopper got except for jb ( but i dont care for him anyway) taylor was really excited when i told her i came down from canada so that was sweet. i didnt get in the ring for aj since one time i did with kurt angle and on my way out i fell out of the ring i vowed to never do that again. i feel your pain cm. our ride back to philly was hell we ended up in a sea of fog so that was kinda scary. and cm- hope i didnt scare you when we pulled up to you to say hi ;D haha i said to my friend i think thats him slow down. and you looked at me like you had no idea what was going on.
